Royal Gate Hotel, Hanoi

I had an overall disappointing experience at this hotel. The location is quite far from modern amenities, but it's near the lake. The room I stayed in was tiny with a blocked view, and the breakfast was really lacking in quality. Although the shower had good pressure, the service was indifferent, and I faced issues with room service. On the bright side, at least the air conditioning worked well until the last night.

My stay was quite a mixed bag. While the hotel is located near the beautiful lake and offers convenient access to local markets and eateries, the overall experience was disappointing. The room was cramped with an unfortunate view, and the service was lacking. The breakfast felt subpar, and the issues with air conditioning only added to the frustration. It's a challenging accommodation choice for a holiday.
